Me and my high school best buds (yes, all six of us) are planning to have a reunion slash vacation in Ecuador. As suggested by my friend for she has been there once. How much do usually travel packages cost there? What can we expect in Ecuador? Thanks for the response.

I believe that they are implementing a new form of taxation or asking for a more expensive fee when going to the Galapagos Islands. How true is this statement?

If you are planning for going to Galapagos, you should know that you have to pay an entrance fee of 100 USD per person, you will pay it directly at the islands.

It's an expensive destination you should calculate at list 1200 USD per person (just round trip ticket from Quito or Guayaquil cost more than 400 USD+ you have to add the tour. There are 2 kinds of Galapagos tours: 1) just navegable 2) combinated:hotel+sheep (this is less expensive)

That is quite an expensive travel destination but I must say that it would be all worth it. Just to think of how lovely the said place is. I think lots of people would also be interested in having a vacation there. I wonder what are the best travel deals that we can get in there? Can you refer us to any websites?
