Prices vary depending on the city you are living, the neighborhood, the exclusiveness of the urbanization and if the property is new or old.Suppose in Manta a very important port in Ecuador and South America, a new ocean front apartment of 130sqmeters in front of the beach will cost around 155, 000 USD. In the same area not in front of the sea but still with ocean view, you can get an apartment of two bedrooms in 115, 000 USD. Big houses near the sea will cost you around 240, 000 to 350, 000 USD. In that sense properties not near the sea will coast less, like the same apartment of 115000 you can find for 75000 USD. I have some listings if you want to check it out.
