| "US Dollar"
I'm 54 year old Canadian who would like to retire to Ecuador. Interested in purchasing land on the water to build as well as a country home in the mountains. I've been following real estate opportunities via the internet for possible areas. My time lines are in the next few years but could go earlier if circumstances were right. The one concern I have is that I hear that the US dollar is on its way out and word has it that the property prices will devalue??? This would make sense considering what history has shown before in different counties. From what I hear that the dollar will be replaced in approximately 12 months. I've taken note that many people are selling their properties and this might be their reason. I'd like to hear from everyone on their opinions regarding this issue. Rob |
