Hi there I am looking beachfront/oceavfront land off the beaten track anyway on the Manabi / Guayas coast

I sell my house on the beach, it is located has Mompiche province esmeraldas, the ground is of 2500 m2 under the coconuts.
The house is nearly 1, 400 square feet of construction with two bedrooms and one bath and an extra shower outside The living room is over 450 square feet with plenty of room for friends and family.. It also has a 350 square foot deck for watching the waves as they approach the beach. There is 110 and 220 service to the house with a bodega for storage and pump house.

What is your asking price? What financing is available? Owner financing? Can expats get mortgages in Ecuador?
