I saw a great deal for beach front townhomes for $72000. I saw them on a recent visit there 3bed 2 bath right in front of the ocean in a gated community. Tehy are about 45 minutes from Guayaquil in between Posorja and Playas. Great location fro retirement. my parents are planning to maybe purchase one for retirement.

I have to great beach front lots for sale 1 mile from Crucita they are cleared and are 51 x 223.They have a hand full Coocnut

trees on them and it is a gated and securty/maint man on site.

I am asking 75k OBO this is on a paved road with bus service to both Manta and Portoviejo.the lots are deed and clear title do not miss this oppertunity.
