Is a non resident of Ecuador able to acquire health insurance if it is that they intend to visit for the country for an extended period of time?

Hi Eve,
There are individual travel insurance plans or health insurance plans available that would cover you while you are in Ecuador. If you are looking for coverage for an extended coverage, you may want an international plan that will cover you worldwide including in your home country. Many individuals have found this blog particularly helpful as it explains more about health insurance in Ecuador.
