Hello,

I am moving to Guayaquil on April 6th and I will be looking for employment opportunities when I arrive. I have a bachelor's degree from a university in the States and a few years of experience in the workforce. Although I am an American I recently received an Ecuadorian passport because my mother has Ecuadorian citizenship. This should allow me to work and live in Ecuador without a visa. My Spanish is functional right now. My goal is to greatly improve it while living there but I might not be ready initially to work in a field where I am only speaking Spanish. I plan to be living there for at least a year probably longer. What opportunities for work are there for me, if any, when I arrive? Thanks for any help you can provide.
