'MOVE TO ECUADOR' Immigration

IS THERE ANYONE IN THE BREMERTON OR SEATTTLE WA AREA PLANNING TO MOVE TO ECUADOR(OR KNOWS ECUADOR WELL)? I WILL BE MOVING THERE IN THE NEXT 6-7 MONTHS. I'M GOING THERE IN THE NEXT 3-4 MONTHS FOR SCOUTING AROUND. I WOULD WELCOME CONTACT(E-MAIL OR OTHERWISE) WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ECUADOR OR IS IN A SIMILAR SITUATION. I'VE READ CONSIDERABLY ON MOVING THERE BUT ANY INSIGHT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. NELSON

I am not from US but I have live in Seattle for 11 months and I believe moving to Ecuador is a nice move.

Its economy and culture is very stable and ll amenities are complete, not to mention its great, unspoiled nature.

My wife and I moved to Ecuador a year ago. We live in the Cotacachi area north of Quito. For nearly 10 years, we traveled the world, then decided to settle here. I have visited Seattle and Wenatchi Wa. many times and I thought they were wonderful places. I thought they were very beautiful. I will trust your word that you are not happy living there, but I don't know that Ecuador would be the best move either. Have you considered other options?

What other options would that be Kyra? I think it is not what you project Ecuador as. Give the country a chance and people who wants to retire to the country. Why are you against Ecuador anyway?

Mello, I am not against Ecuador by any means.. I just don't know too much about. Sorry, maybe I shouldn't voice my opinion if I don't know about it.

Hey! Voicing your opinion is a thing that you should have strength over, and no one else. It is yours. Still, if you know very little about something which you intend to be opinionated towards then you may need to understand that even though you may be wrong, you are still going to learn of what is right, simply by having an opinion in the first place.
