I love to go and have a vacation in different places. And the next place that I want to visit is Ecuador. It really finds me interesting. I want to know their culture and of course I also want to know their history from 1900's and so on. I have also a plan to visit their museums for me to have some knowledge regarding to their history. In fact, I am really excited to go over there.

I am also interested in finding out more about the best places to be in Ecuador. I have been thinking of having a trip in there and so it would be a lot of help if any useful tips and suggestions as to the top destinations in the country be posted in here. I also need some good links to where I can read and learn more about my concern. Thanks a lot and good day to all.

Hi there!

History is really an important part of the lives of the people. Just like any other countries, the people need to know the history of their country. I am currently working as an expat here in Ecuador and I want to know the history of the place where I am currently working. Can you help me out?

Thank you so much and have a great day to all!

I'm sure that life from 1919 to the 1930's is so much different from the life that we have now even in Ecuador. There was political instability during that time although not much has been written about this portion in the history of Ecuador. José María Velasco Ibarra was elected as president of the country for five times from 1934-1968. I think political upheaval made him step down even before he could finish his last term.

It is really beneficial when you get to know the history of a certain country. Many people are interested about knowing the history of a place just like in Ecuador. Aurelio Mosquera Narváez was the president of Ecuador in the year 1938–1939. He has played an important role in the progress of the economic growth of the country. He also gained much respect from the people of Ecuador for his good leadership
