If you are from NYC and wanting to buy real estate, I am sure you do not have to look to hard. I am sure there is real estate all over there for sale. Are you looking to want to buy real estate there in NYC or somewhere else?

I have a home for sale in Guayaquil Ecuador. It has three apartments. 1 apartment has two bedroom, 1 bath, second apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, back apartment has 1 and half bedrooms and 1 and half bathroom. all have outdoor space and all have laundry rooms. this house generates a monthly revenue of about $700 so someone can keep it and live off the rent. it is located in a prime sector close to supermaxi grocery store, the new bus station and 5 minutes for el malcon salado. which is going towards downtown.

i would like 180, 000 the price is negotiable.

From what I have gathered, this a New Yorker seeking to buy property in Ecuador. Is that not clear enough? If I were you, I would not rely on people on this forum posing as buyers. As you have noticed, one if not most of them have not left any contact details.

Just go round the place you are in and I am sure you will spot a property or two.

The online property agents seem way overpriced. This is not meant to discourage anyone but the best solution would be sighting any properties you might be interested in. That gives you the upper hand in choosing what to purchase plus the rare and unique chance to examine if any flaws exist. Again, it would be of much help if photos or links to them were provided in the forum.

You are not the only one who is dreaming of owning a good property in Ecuador, I myself is also dreaming of owning one in that beautiful part of the globe.

But anyway, maybe there will come a time when I can be able to buy a property in that place in the future. But can you please give here some good link where I can get some good information regarding Ecuador and real estate.
