THREE APARTMENT HOME FOR SALE from - 01/15/09 09:57

I have a home for sale in Guayaquil Ecuador. The home has three apartments. the first apartment has 2 bed 1 bath, kitchen, living room, patio and laundry room, the second apartment has three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living room, deck and laundry room, the third apartment has patio, 1 and half bedrooms, 1 and half bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and laundry room.

there are tenants living there and this is a income generator. it brings in about $700 a month so you can live off the rent.

i am looking to sell it for about 180, 000 but the price is negotiable.

180, 000 thousand dollars I guess. Why don't you want to continue having the income generated from letting the apartments? Have you placed your ads in the newspapers? A link with photos of the apartments might be helpful.

Indeed, it would be very much helpful to have pictures of a building that is available for rent right next to the building's credentials. This only makes sense because people love to see what they are about to invest their money in. No matter the type of investment.

Owning apartments is always better; after one sells, they have to now find a place to put their money that would now assist them in sensibly generating a substantial income.

I think this site has a photo upload service so "Mr. THREE APARTMENT HOME FOR SALE from -" can show his future prospect buyers the property. I don't think its safe to disclose the credentials of your property. Somebody might use these information to scam people. I suggest you consult a registered broker in your place to liquefy this particular property.

In the top menu it has "property" that allows one to submit real estate listings, edit them, add photos, etc.

Ecuador seems to attract lots and lots of expats as well as some migrants who want to experience the wonders of nature and probably see how this place inspires Charles Darwin with his evolution theory.

Charles Darwin is the guy that thought of you originated from a specie of a monkey. I think it is called the theory of evolution.

Well, being a man that speculated that we were once a monkey is... no, i think i do not have something to say anymore.

Charles Darwin is an incredible individual, to think that we could actually come from something that is still around, even today. How could we come from a money when monkeys have not evolved to a point as far as we have attained?

Yeah you have a point there Rency, but I think evolution have not stopped yet, and since we are still able to live in the environment we have now means that we so not need to evolve. Not for now. I think that when the time comes when we need to physiologically and physically adopt to the sudden change in our environment, then that would be the time when we will be evolving again, as a part of the coping mechanism of any specie.

Why a sudden change in topic guys? The forum is all about the homes for sale in Ecuador and why all of a sudden shift to the evolution of man? But anyway, I must say that the conversation is becoming interesting to me. I would want to know more about the real estate and the home for sale in the said country.
