I have flown with LAN a few times now and I really like them, and TAM too. They're certainly a big improvement on some of the other airlines in South America, like TACA or Aerolineas Argentinas.But when you say they fly to the Galapagos, where exactly do they land? Surely there isn't a landing space on the islands! |
| That is good news. I’m leaving to Ecuador soon for a vacation and my family and I are planning to have a trip in Galapagos Islands. I know that LAN has the best facility and service being a good airline. As a matter of fact, my friends would really book their flight in LAN all the time. But, I also want to know the exact location of the airport in Galapagos if there is. |
| Thanks for this valuable tip. Is LAN like the official airline carrier of Ecuador? Maybe they built a small airport in Galapagos Islands to allow planes to land there. Anyway, the Airbus A320 is quite a small plane so it only needs a short airstrip. It's good to know that there is a plane that lands in Galapagos Islands now. This should encourage more tourists to visit this beautiful place. |
| I am thinking of bringing my kids in Galapagos Islands this holiday season. I want to bring them to the place where me and their dad first met. | I love Ecuador and next month we will have our family reunion there in Galapagos Island. It is a big privilege for us to book our flight in LAN because they have a very good service to everyone.
