I don't have a property to trade, but are you willing to rent on other terms? Also how are job opportunites out there? My family lives in Orlando and I have never considered moving there but your home looks great. Please send me more info on it, I am quite interested.

The house is nearly 1, 400 square feet of construction with two bedrooms and one bath and an extra shower outside The living room is over 450 square feet with plenty of room for friends and family.. It also has a 350 square foot deck for watching the waves as they approach the beach. There is 110 and 220 service to the house with a bodega for storage and pump house.

I have never heard of people trading property like that. What if the person "trading" you the property is not as equal as the property you are willing to trade. Something new haha trading property like trading cards.

I have a 3-2 house for sale on the northern coast of Ecuador in Esmeraldas. On the property also are 7 cabins and 5 rooms used as a hostelria, restaurant, pool, game room, look out tower, industrial generator (for loss of power) and over 200 coconut palms orange trees, banana, mango and other fruit trees. I am directly on the Atlantic Ocean with about 200 feet of water frontage.

I found it silly for people to expect someone to trade in their properties. If I own a property I would not trade it to someone's property. What if my property worth double or triple than the other property. If I want to own another one, then I will sell my old property with the price that will justify the property and satisfy me as well. I hope Ann Menke will not got angry though.

Trading in property to me does not seem like just exchanging the properties in question and then you are done. If it is a genuine process, you will get valuers to ascertain the true value of the places/homes in question. If it is found that they are different in price(which is highly likely)then you can settle the difference in value monetarily. It sounds more hectic and prone to risks, nonetheless. I would not try it out.

Trading property looks fishy. It is nothing new nonetheless. Did you get to succeed in your venture Ann?
Comment #13 Jamie (63.176.159.39) - 11/25/09 08:10
Yeah! I agree, it sounds fishy. In trading property how do you evaluate the value of each. One would be in dollars and the other in Ecuador money. Then the paperwork and legal expanses. I have an idea: why donīt you trade time, like time share. You would each keep your houses but exchange time at each otherīs place? Less hassle and trouble. Of course, if you are think of moving to Ecuador, thatīs another deal. In that case, sell your house and go down (or up) there and boy a place with the money.Problems solved, right?

I love the Las Olas riverfront over in Fort Lauderdale, but I would imagine that Miami's waterfront is a lot more up to par with a universal standard.
Comment #15 Dean (63.176.159.206) - 01/02/10 23:23
I don't think that there would be someone to trade with that waterfront - view property from the first forum poster.
Comment #16 Nomer (63.176.159.117) - 01/22/10 09:18
I also think so, personally, I would not trade my property, how could that be possible? Maybe the original poster would come and check back here so that he or she would know if his post is effective or not. If he is really interested in trading then he will surely come back, right? I think we should wait for his come back post. Have a good day everyone, smile..
Comment #17 Anelize (63.176.159.41) - 02/14/10 21:20
Yeah, I think it is not feasible. How will you know if you are going to acquire a good property that as good as what you have? I think you should reconsider that some properties are doomed to foreclosure and some are to boom, you surely want to pick the latter one, right? So try to study things out and think of the way to have a great going property.
