I have never heard that one cannot obtain beach front property in Ecuador when not of this land. I think that this is the sort of thing that should be granted to citizens of Caribbean nations as well. It would really give the residents of these islands an edge when considering the grand scheme of things. In the end, foreign investments also assist in the economic progression of many a country.
