| It is good that someone has written about little known towns Gualaceo and Chordeleg in Ecuador. The Tourism Department of Ecuador as well as travel coordinators should include a short trip to these towns in their package tours to further promote this hub for arts and crafts. It will do their local economy a lot of good of more tourists will troop to these towns to buy artworks and take them home to their country. |
| If you really want to know more and experience the art side of Ecuador, better check out the wonderful city of Cuenca. The city indeed shows how great the art is in the country and how rich their culture is. You'd also be able to know some of the best artists there too. The best cultural and art destination in Ecuador would probably be Cuenca. |
| I wonder if the locals from these towns of gualacea and chordeleg would be willing to spend some time teaching their arts and crafts to those who visited. I am thinking, especially if a student group were to visit, it would really complete the experience, and probably encourage sales, if the students were to learn some basic elements of the crafts and practice them a bit too. |
| A lot of people are enticed with the various forms of arts and crafts. It is also admiring to see the fabulous works of various local artists in Ecuador. You will see how the artists value their culture and tradition by showing the magnificence of their own artwork. I would love to see and purchase some handicrafts made in Ecuador when I go there for a vacation. Great day. |
| Ecuador is really amazing place; there are a lot of things you will loved in this place. The people are very much approachable, the food are amazingly delicious, the amusements are all of fun and the artworks are simply cool. Actually, when I was in Ecuador last year I bought 2 souvenirs and artworks. Surprisingly my wife really love it.I recommend that Ecuador is also a nice place for vacation hang out. |
